1 officiele criteria hydrea-resistentie bij myelofibrose
- bij laagste dosis noodzakelijk voor effect:
- ANC <1.0 × 109/L
- PLT count <100 × 109/L
- Hb <100 g/L
- leg ulcers or other unacceptable HU-related nonhematologic toxicities (e.g., mucocutaneous manifestations, gastrointestinal symptoms, pneumonitis, or fever)
- na 3 maanden ≥2 g/d HU
- failure to (reduce massive splenomegaly by >50 % by palpation or) resolve splenomegaly-related symptoms, of
- controversieel:
- need for phlebotomy to keep Hct <45 %
- uncontrolled myeloproliferation (i.e., PLT count >400 × 109/L and WBC count >10 × 109/L)
